NEW TO YOGA

Join us for our New to Yoga workshop one Sunday each month.

Whether you are new to yoga or you just want to further your practice and review the basics, our well seasoned instructors will break down our p1 class, slowly demonstrating proper alignment, modifications and descriptions for each posture (asana.)

We will also explain the importance of proper breathing (pranayama,) as well as principles of Yoga and Yoga etiquette.
